El Camino Ranch is proud to offer lessons on horsemanship to individuals of of all ages and skill levels.

Our lessons are tailored to the needs of the individual and can range from basic instruction to training for the show circuit. Skills such as English riding, hunter-jumper, Gymkhana, Dressage, Western Pleasure and trail riding are included in the lessons, instructed by highly experienced trainers with years of showing and riding experience under their belts.

 

Lessons include:

"Mommy/Daddy and Me" Ages 3 - 5

Little ones are introduced to the world of horses and will gain familiarity by means of petting and grooming our gentle pony, riding and learning how to care and love for the animals. Accompanied by their mom or dad, he/she will be making the first step into a life of horse riding.

Introductory, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced - All Ages

Beginning with a one hour, one-on-one evaluation, a plan for your growth will be developed with your horsemanship goals in mind. These private lessons can be scheduled at your convenience one or more times per week. Packages of multiple lessons are available at discount.

Summer Clinics/Day Clinics, - Ages 7-17

Eight hour programs daily, five days a week geared towards introductory and intermediate students whom wish to learn and advance in their horsemanship skills. In addition to instruction on how to ride, care, and prepare a horse your child/teen will meet other students interested in the equestrian world and engage in fun activities including water fights, horse painting, arts and crafts and other fun activities.
